  • Payment Information: Credit card details and billing addresses, which are processed by secure third-party payment processors.

  • Grant Application Information: CV, artistic statements, project details, and visual documentation submitted for the Visionary Roze Gift.  

  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and session information, which may be collected automatically by our servers or through cookies.

Confidentiality of Grant Applications Information submitted as part of a grant application is considered confidential and will be used solely for the evaluation of the application by the jury and Roze Umbra staff. We will protect this information from unauthorized disclosure. However, if a grant is awarded, some information (such as the artist's name and project title) may be made public for promotional purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. We take commercially acceptable measures to protect your personal information from loss, theft, and unauthorized access.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose your information to third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing or email delivery. These third parties are obligated to protect your information.
